Are there other servers connected to this server with R5?

Secondly the upgrade of the design has to occur when the server is down (or before the server allow other people to connect. If the design is upgraded, a server reboot is required. Otherwise, there could be something in the notes.ini which is making the server though the ugprade has not been completed.
